Thai Express O'Burger

We ate Thai Express. We haven't been there for a long time and it'll take longer until we got back. We picked up food and it was just terrible. I had Tom Yum chicken soup. The broth was very delicious... but there were hardly any chickens and vegetables and the rice noodles were overcooked and cut into pieces. My husband chose a beef pad lake Ew. Again, the rice noodles were boiled in pieces and they forgot to put Chinese broccoli. It is a three-state menu and a forgotten one! We also took a chicken pad Thai. Again over cooked noodles hardly use a chicken and as I remember there, to use a few small pieces of tofu. There was not even a small piece of vegetables, nothing but noodles and hardly a chicken. I asked for medium spices and it is so spicy it is barely edible. Customer service was terrible. There was a Filipino woman who was served before me and when she saw her plate of Pad See Ew, she said: Is that special? You see they have speciality every day. Since it was on Wednesday, she was also a Thai soup and they kept telling her that this was the daily specialty and pushed her further to her. She went back with it when they forgot to give her the imperial roles that came with him. Once she got away, I could hear her and laugh. I couldn't understand what they said, but they mentioned Filipino a few times. It's not hard for them to make fun of them. Food: garbage customer experience: garbage $50 below the garbage

I want to start by expressing my gratitude for the restaurant being open on Boxing Day, as many others were closed. Our group of 18 was promptly served. The food was fresh, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

I am a big fan of Thai Express! Their healthy options suit my lifestyle and are always tasty. The staff is always informed and friendly. The food arrives quickly and piping hot. I always look forward to visiting this restaurant, Thai Express never lets me...down!

They never disappoint at this location, the soup was hot, tasty and full of fresh ingredients. My son had the General Thai and that was wolfed down pretty quick, so must have been good.

I like Thai express a lot, but this restaurant has lost it's touch. Some of the food is not fresh, raviolis and spring rolls which by the way someone should show the staff how to make... plus they give you the tiniest portion of...peanut butter sauce. Cheap and bad quality. Sad.
