McDonald's - Dollard-Des Ormeaux

I had a terrible experience at McDonald's recently. One of the staff members, named Anna, yelled at my daughter for throwing a piece of garbage in the garbage can and told her to be more careful. When I asked Anna to speak politely to my child, she yelled at me. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. If Anna doesn't like children, I'm not sure why she is working at a McDonald's restaurant.

I had the worst experience ever at the McDonald's on St-Jean and felt the need to warn others about it. My friend and I waited for our food for 25 minutes inside the store before politely asking a worker about the status of our order. However, we were accused by a manager of already picking up our order and trying to get free food. This accusation was entirely false, as we had not heard our number called, picked up our order, or left the store during that time. The manager's disrespect and arrogance were uncalled for, and he should be fired. It is unacceptable to take out a bad day on customers and openly accuse them of something they did not do. We would have chosen a different restaurant if we knew we would be treated so poorly. The security cameras can verify that we were waiting the whole time.

The staff at this restaurant is slow, extremely rude, and the food is often served cold. There are always mix-ups with orders, leading to complaints from customers in line. Even in the drive-thru, the manager can be very rude. The only reason we continue to come back is because it is located close to our house. I recommend avoiding this place, especially in the evenings, as it tends to be the worst time to visit. Let me know if you plan to go in the morning instead.

It's modern, spacious, and clean. They have kids zone, nice terrace, and relaxing area. Large parking lot, strategic location. We went for quick lunch with the kids. The kids meals are good for the price (cheese burger or nuggets, yogurt, bottled milk OR juice, apple...slices OR fries, plus good toy for only 4$!

This McDonald’s is always very busy. I usually come through the drive thru; during rush hour lunch and dinner very slow. First time I tasted the salad and it was actually not so bad for a quick bite on a late afternoon. McDonalds Cafe makes...nice cappuccinos for a reasonable price.
