Seriously the worst drive-through. People are constantly blocking the entrance/exit of the parking lot, and parking ON the sidewalk to block any poor pedestrian who happens to walk by. Then there are the idiots who try to cut in IF there is a space left open for people to enter/exit the parking lot. And even worse, if the line is long enough, cars are sticking out into St. Jeans! Exactly what you would expect. Very clean and new too.
Quick service, good coffee but their drive thru is ridiculous
Gone are the days that this location was good. They seem to hire based off of looks versus personality and skill. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee when there was virtually nobody in the store, and no line up in the drive thru. When asked about how long it would be because I was in a rush, they mockingly said oh you 're in a rush! And then proceeded to laugh with each other. 25 minutes total in store, for all elements of my order to be wrong. Honestly, if you can 't find competent workers, just modify your store orders instead of hiring cruel, juvenile girls who are eternally stuck in a high school mean girl mentality.
The atmosohere at this branch is nice depending on the time and day , however when i went it was kinda dirty , the service was good .
The employees are very nice and friendly. But the only thing is it's sometimes too slow to get served. That's why I'm giving 4 instead of 5
