His attitude was like he is pleasing to serve. 2. We have ordered early but he served onother team same item, as they're more in numbers may be expected more orders.. highlighted to manager. 3. We orde... read more Definitely one of the best restaurants in Qatar in terms of taste of food, however, I had a very bad customer experience in our most recent dining here. We ordered for large Shrimp Dynamite, along with other food. We were 4 and since we were sharing the food, nobody complained about the taste at the beginning, until we took our 2nd pieces. That 's when we all realised that the shrimps were all burnt (both in appearance and taste). Because of that, we already ate half of it, before we complained. Someone came and listened to our concern, took the remaining half of the burnt food, and said she would inform the kitchen. Of course it was a clear request for replacement (considering that it wasn 't a cheap item). To our surprise, she came back empty handed and just told us that she informed the chef and that next time , it won 't happen again, and offered an iced tea refill instead. We thought she just informed us and that she 'd eventually serve the replacement, but til we 're billing out, nothing was served. So we asked again, and we were given a very sarcastic answer of Shall we replace the 3pcs? THAT was 100% rude and a very bad customer response. So I just said no. Instead of winning us back, I felt that she wanted to embarass us. So, we just decided to pay and leave. We paid in full, but didn 't get 100% of what we paid for, that 's how I took it as an experience. Too bad, I really like this restaurant, but I definitely wouldn 't want such bad experience again, so that 's it! Not coming back for sure. At least not in this branch.

The meat ratio to noodles and rice was minimal. The server should have recommended extra dishes to go with the mains maybe but not somewhere I would be going again in a hurry.
