I’m a bit unhappy with the meat, I’m looking forward to try and kinda expecting more with the flavour, the smokiness, the profile of the brisket. But overall, I love the experience and the unique idea of how they present the meat and the bun. Will look forward to go back and try the other meat menus.

Unfortunately (due to unknown reasons) our food came out at vastly different times after a pretty long wait so that was a shame. When we did eventually get our food it was DELICIOUS so no faults there. The staff were very apologetic and kept us informed throughout so can't fault the personality of service but it was just very slow overall getting our food.
