Was a worst experience doesn't have proper customer service with no proper management... They don't know how to speak with the customers very rude behavior with us .... I experienced very worst experience not even able less than one it's even more .... View all feedback.

Really enjoyed the tea with a traditional sheesha at the cafe. The service was quite nice and people were friendly.
A small but nice place to chill in souq waqif. Affordable food and drinks and variety of sheesha flavor in the menu.
Totally disappointing customer service. They dont treat their customers like humans. The only thing they care about is their standard. To hell with this place. Even the manager is not aware of how to deal with the cutomers.
Very nice place and Coustemer service very good i like the staff you will go enjoy
