Bella's had a really trendy interior and a fantastic atmosphere. The bread was unique compared to what you'd find at a typical Italian restaurant. The food was delicious and served nice and hot. The chicken in my Alfredo pasta wasn't grilled chicken breast, but it was still quite tasty. My wife really enjoyed the shrimp tortellini Alfredo. View all feedback.
What Daniel J doesn't like about Bella Italia:
On the bright side, the ravioli was pretty good, and the meat lovers pizza was decent, though nothing special. Unfortunately, the breadsticks were just terrible—like a shoe that had been microwaved, frozen, and then microwaved again. Seriously, just skip the breadsticks. We didn’t get to try the salad since it never arrived.
To top it off, there was a bizarre charge for non-cash payment on our bill, along with the i... View all feedback.
The parking lot may be a bit of a mess, but the restaurant is definitely worth a visit! We were thrilled to discover this gem today, as we were looking for something different from the usual diners and steakhouses. The breadsticks were served hot, soft, and perfectly seasoned. The grilled chicken was incredibly tender and cooked just right, and the fresh vegetables still had a nice crunch. The ravioli with meatballs and pink sauce was a standout dish, and it complemented the breadsticks perfectly. The eggplant was topped with just the right amount of cheese and sauce, with flavors that were beautifully balanced. You could tell the food was prepared with care, and the presentations were visually appealing. They clearly take pride in their offerings. We were welcomed warmly, and the service was outstanding. We also loved the decor; it was cozy and inviting, and while there was a lot to admire, it didn't feel overwhelming. This would be an excellent spot for lunch, dinner with friends, or a romantic date night. My only regret? It's 16 hours away from my home!
A hidden gem in Dodge City! I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing meal we had. As you can see, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our food. While there is construction in front of the building and the decor could use an update, the quality of the food certainly outweighs these minor issues. Honestly, I wouldn't mind if they served it from a food truck or a basement, it was that good! Our meals were served promptly, and the portions were generous. The flavors were delightful, with seasonings that were just right, and the sauce had the perfect consistency. The meatballs and sausage were tender, moist, and full of flavor. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re in the area.
Bella Italia is nestled in a perfect location within walking distance of the Boot Hill Museum and is the perfect place for lunch or an intimate dinner. The dining area was well kept, the service was amazing, and the food was phenomenal! Prices are that of what would be expected of a reasonable Italian restaurant and the portion sizes were just right. If you are in the area and craving a great Italian dinner, Bella Italia should be your pick!
They don't speak English very well. Food was good. Service was good. Looks a little rough but everything in Dodge City does.
The warm bread served with basil or fennel and olive oil was absolutely delicious! The meatballs and spaghetti were fantastic. I also took pictures of both the ambiance and the dishes we ordered. I was hoping to see Matt Dillon or maybe even Festus!
