The staff and the restaurant are very ok from all points of view. I ate trout from the restaurant's farm and it was extraordinary. I highly recommend this hotel! Service: 5

Of course there is room to more improvement in the bathrooms. Also there are some fish spots on the lake and one of them was blasting with manele music. Food is ok but not the best Service: 5

Special thanks to Mrs. Bianca, for her attention, kindness, help and a lot of professionalism! : Certainly, the restaurant is the most beautiful in the area, and the food is the tastiest! The lady at the reception was also very kind to us, and along the way she helped us with information about the wonderful area. The rooms are spacious and clean. Thanks to everyone, I recommend the location with confidence! Nearby activities: The location is close to the Bicaz dam, the Ceahlau national park, the Bicaz gorges, the red lake, Piatra Neamt.
