I pre-ordered 02/10/2025 for 02/14/2025 at 19:00 for home delivery. I called the hotline, got through the thirtieth time, told the situation to the operator, she told me that she would give my phone number to the pick-up point. At 21:00 I received an SMS, “Your order has been collected, the courier is on its way to you.” 21:30 there is no courier, I start calling him, he tells me, “yes, yes, I’m on my way.” In short, he delivered the sushi at 21:50, although it was a 10-minute drive from the point of delivery to my house. I’m sorry, of course, but such a boorish attitude towards customers is disgraceful. P.S. If you want sushi, don’t order from Sushi Master!
