We placed a mobile order at this restaurant on February 1st, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. They informed us that it would be ready by 6:30 p.m. When we arrived at 6:30 p.m., the staff member mentioned that she had used the restroom and made something else instead. Fine place to get a sandwich, but not gourmet by and stretch of the imagination.
Absolutely pathetic and awful. Roof or AC was leaking so they had ceiling tiles removed. Ordered 5 sandwiches. Horribly slow! Lettuce was starting to turn brown. Ham and mayo were weird smelling/tasting. Wrong type of chicken used for oven roasted chicken breast sandwich. None of my family finished their sandwiches. The employees could have cared less to actually move. It took at least 10 minutes to get our 5 sandwiches made and rung up. We eat at several different subways and this was by far the worst. If I could have given a 0, I would have.

Long waits and expensive sandwiches with less and less meat. Walmart has 12in subs with twice as much meat for 5.49. In and out!

I will be reaching out to the company regarding this matter, as this is not the first time we have experienced issues at this establishment.
