Drive thru goes very quick and drinks are well-made

They were so nice, quick and friendly, love it and recommend it. The coffee and hot chocolate was exact the temperature that I request Kids temperature) and was just delicious

I entered the building to order a simple medicine ball, but I was met with no customer service and a sense that people who were working at the time did not want to be there. I stood next to the counter waiting for my drink to be made. After reading an article on my phone, I look up to see my drink had been sitting there. I get it that it wasn’t busy but usually the barista would inform the customer that their drink is ready. Clearly this establishment needs an update on their training regarding customer interaction.

Loved this location! Worth driving out of my way to pass other locations to come here. I order a nitro cold brew with vanilla sweet cream and not all locations make it correctly. Customer service is phenomenal as well.

I can confidently say this place is great. The store manager, Danielle, has been in charge since it first opened a few years ago. She's smart, she's hard working, and she's a strong leader and her store reflects that.Her team is great. Everyone there is just incredibly nice and good at their jobs. This is the better Starbucks in Dixon, in my opinion.
