What Britten Smith doesn't like about Pizza Guys:
We ordered a medium cheese pizza and were initially told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. However, after waiting 30 minutes, we were informed it would be an additional 5-10 minutes. Another 10 minutes went by before we were told it was finally in the oven. Meanwhile, multiple people who arrived after us had already ordered and received their food.
