Very nice customer service and a good place to head start a day with a fresh cup of coffee?Vegetarian options: There should be more option for food items like bagels or any sandwiches

I dont know what sort of training is given to the employees here that they were told filling up a drink halfway is okay lol. when I talked to the lady she explained to me this it the way she's been trained to make the drinks but please look at this photo and explain to me why Im paying for half a drink thats never happened to me at any other Tim hortons.

Very Ironic. Not even Frozen (More like rotted), expensive, horrible service and long lines. Cap U needs to open another Tim Hort or replace it with Starbux.

They don’t have any thing except Iced cap and French vanilla and other drinks don’t even taste good. Atleast bring an iced coffee here. I am done drinking them from the last 2 years. Please change something.

So, i bought Mocha ice capp there and they didn’t put whipped cream on it. When i asked a girl employee to put the whip cream on top of it she said you have to pay for it. Seriously? Why did i buy mocha ice capp at first place? And i told her that this is first time happening with me as none of any other tim hortons did this before. She said I don’t know about that. Like bro, she don’t even know how to treat the customers. Really bad experience. Please look after this
