Starbucks - Feedback

What Amanda M doesn't like about Starbucks:
Waited 15 minutes just to get the wrong drink. I didn't bother to complain because the employee's towering incompetence is only outdone by his pace which is bested by a retired rheumatic snail trotting down the hospitals hallway to make it to the washroom on time. I’m usually here at the weekend after doing the Grind or BCMC in a morning. It’s almost always busy at those times and a nice atmosphere with all the people there to hike, go up the gondola or ski. Despite the crowds, the service is usually fast and my order is accurate.
