I've visited many Starbucks locations, but this one is absolutely the best. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate it a twelve. The place is impeccably clean and organized, and the staff is the friendliest I've ever encountered. The staff member on duty today was incredibly rude and did not meet Starbucks' usual standards. I witnessed her being unpleasant to the customer ahead of me, and she treated me the same way. For every drink I asked for, she claimed she was missing ingredients, and when I modified my order, she rolled her eyes as if I were a nuisance. View all feedback.
On yesterday, I went to Target on an Instacart assignment. Before exiting, I decided to stop at Starbucks and treat myself to a strawberry and creme frappe, which I haven?t had in such a long time. The young lady who assisted me had orange braids. She wasn?t pleasant at all, which was my opportunity to walk away. Instead, I proceeded with my drink. Although, it?s been a while since I had this drink. I definitely know how it should look and not what I received. I didn?t bother to say anything to the female about my drink because it was others waiting to order. Instead, I left the store dissatisfied feeling as f it wasn?t properly prepared and decided to give it away after spending almost $6 for it.
They need supplies, always out of any sandwich you could ask for! Also hand washing between customers would be nice during a pandemic, gloves and glove changes would be a wonderful addition! I had an employee ring someone up and attemp to make my drink with those dirty gloves and wouldn't have changed them if I hadn't requested. Sanitary practices should be in place especially now and going forward.
Horrible!!! They?re never fully stocked with supplies. It?s 9am and there is no whipped cream. Like how? They are literally located in a target which has whip cream. Management could make an executive decision to purchase supplies for temporary situations.
The person who is attending seems that he simply does not want to work, he takes things too calmly. and act as if one is not here waiting. almost half an hour waiting for a simple coffee and there are not even more customers. poor quality of employees.
