L’esprit du Clain owner recommended this and we were not disappointed. I have read the previous reviews, but can honestly say that this was as good as the food we had in the Maze Restaurant at the Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor. The staff... was very efficient and gave you plenty of time to enjoy the meal.

Natalat binjamin is a lovely craft market next to the bussleing souk ha carmel this is just to let you know where it is. this market has plenty of stalls with mainly hand made crafts from jewlary toys fashions. You can even get a pendant...with your name on a grain of rice . there are also places to eat. I treated myself to a hand made colliderscope which you can have engraved. the prices run from 40 to about 1000NIS but the majority are a lot less even if you don’t buy and I bet you will It’s a lovely place to browse

We were staying for a few days at Saint Cyr with our caravan before moving North to Normandy. The camp site at Saint Cyr recommended this restaurant for a good meal. We drove the few kilometres down the N10 to Le Benjimin. It is located...on the main N10 and is conveniently located for Futuroscope and the various camp sites and hotels in the area. The restaurant is situated in a pleasant garden, though the restaurant building could benefit from a coat of paint. However, the circular building with its unusual roof in the style of an oast house made an intriguing first impression. The restaurant is not cheap if one selects from the carte but the fixed price menu was affordable for those on a restricted budget and so we went fixed price. The welcome was warm and throughout the service was friendly and struck the right balance between intrusiveness and invisibility. The choice of dishes on the fixed price menu were sufficiently varied and between us we had the beef and the confit of pork. All courses, starters, mains and dessert were excellent with a good balance of flavours. We were very impressed by the standard achieved by the chef. The presentation was first rate and the portion sizes were far from meagre. We left after food and drink in a very replete state. For drinks we only had one glass of wine and a small bottle of sparkling water. In many good quality restaurants the fact that we were eating fixed price and were not incurring a large drinks bill would have meant that we were treated as second class citizens. Not so here, as mentioned earlier the service was to a very high standard. We thoroughly recommend this restaurant if you are staying in the Poitiers area, or if you are in transit through western France.

The food was excellent, 5 star, one of the best presented and tastiest I’ve ever had. Amazing! The service was also excellent, providing an iPad with a translated menu which really help as the recipes were quite complex so hard for us to directly translate....The choices were unusual with a great deal of time and effort put in. The price was unbelievable for the quality.
