The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and chic and Sonia is a great hostess. She can speak to you in her native Romansch, Swiss German, Standard German or Italian. We opted for the six course surprise menu and we are so glad that we did. Sven is a genius in the kitchen! Every single course was exquisite, with some unusual and unexpected combinations that were beautifully presented as well. It was a delight to enjoy such delicate artistry in a beautiful Alpine setting. After the meal we enjoyed a delicious tisane of Alpine herbs hand picked by Sonia 's mother! We could not have asked for a better dining experience. We will definitely be back!

The care in the selection of the ingredients is great with mushrooms and berries hand picked from the mountain by the lovely owner. Really worth the visit if you are in the area.
