Thai pork curry, ginger, coriander, coconut milk, absolutely divine. To finish scrambled with ginger ice apricots. We made a great discovery walking in Dinan, a lovely lady welcomed us alone in her very nice restaurant, just decorated with beautiful china objects. She's doing everything! From welcome to the kitchen! French cuisine, that fresh, with good products from the region, and without making in the extravagance in the dishes, all is of great accuracy, a perfect balance on spices, from the entrance to dessert. A place where one feels relaxed, or as its name indicates: the time ahead, is soothing... MERCI!
