we came to dinner on a Sunday evening and we are glad that they were not only open, but that we had a nice meal. we had soulbark, steak, salmon, and the burger of the chef who contained goat cheese and honey. the food was nice... prepared and the waiting staff was very helpful and friendly. the interior decor is a little “eighty vibe”, but no matter what eating was nice! the weather would have been warmer to eat outs... What Aletha Gerhold doesn't like about Le Longueville:
we visited a cold day and was easily accessible, so decided to strip the streets to find somewhere, which might have more charm. it was the evening we visited with a large amount of about 490, which meant that it was extremely...noisy, not a place for a romantic meal, at least not in the night! the service was good despite the number of people and eating was quite acceptable. prices were definitely reasonable for wha... Very good resto, very nice setting, very, sympathic and very personal, excellent foie gras, tray of cheeses at will, good cuisine
At the end of a tough day by bike, we dine in this restaurant just below the hotel. very good and very well presented dishes. excellent price (14.50 eur hors boissons) for an entry, a dish and a dessert. vouchers!
Limited choice, which is not a reproach, on the contrary. The kitchen is good and the service is quick.
In the inter hotel of the castle, we had asked for half board, the hotel sends us to this restaurant on the place duguesclin le challonge (under the hotel). We were pleasantly surprised reception, quality, good will of the staff, choice in the menu. very pleasant evenings.bref good establishment (report quality price ok)
It was a bit tricky to find an open restaurant on Monday's evening in Dinan. Our friend who lives in the summer in Dinan, suggested we went to Le Longueville. He added that he dined once there and it was a decent place to eat. By entering restaurant we were greeted by a lovely lady and accompanied to the table. They offer a few types of menu: business, set and other. Our friends decided to go for set menu: 3 courses for 27 euros. My partner and I chose from a la carte menu.My partner has a nice platter of see food. I nicked a few crevettes from his plate. They were nicely cooked. I didn't have a starter and ordered the scallops in butter in white wine sauce as a main. I fairly enjoyed my scallops, only I found that a served selection of cooked veggies wasn't not perfectly selected. My partner had a steak which should had been thinner according to his words. He told me that it was ok in general. One of our friends had a duck breast, which was juicy and tasty. She loved it.Later I had a lovely burnt creme - creme brulee. My partner enjoyed a platter of four dessert, and our friend enjoyed a selection of tasty French cheeses.I would like to say that I liked a fact, that we didn't need to ask for extra bread or tap water on the table. A waiter used to bring more once we ate the bread and drunk a water. We had a pleasant dinner with a decent food and service.
