Stopped on way out of town. Got the Torta steak sandwich. Added mushrooms. OMG delicioiso! Whole family ate. Nachos fajitas and two lunch chicken fajitas. Chicken and chorizo. Everyone loved their food. Good draft beer too. View all feedback.
What Josh S doesn't like about La Cabaña Dillard:
Service was poor extremely slow. When food finally arrived after about 30+ minutes it was not very good the chicken didn't taste right, so I didn't even eat it.Chips queso were ok had to suffice until we could finally get the check, pay go. View all feedback.
Food is good. Staff hustles. Place is clean and well maintained. Parking is not the best. They need to add online ordering considering all the tourist rental properties in the area. It's an easy way to expand revenue and capitalize on all the transient prospective customers all which are carrying smart phones in which to place their orders.
This place is great. I placed a to go order which they said would be ready in 20 minutes. It was ready in 20 minutes. Everything was delicious. Everybody was nice and I kind of wished I had eaten in because the vibe in the restaurant was very chill and pleasant. This place plus the Quality Inn 2 minutes away is a dynamic duo.
Excellent flavor and presentation. Well and quickly served. Big bowl of corn chips and salsa kept us busy. Superior Texas-size fajitas included beef, chicken, shrimp. Well-seasoned sizzling. Thoroughly enjoyed this lunch.Mexican music in background set the atmosphere.Could substitute better forks.

Came to get some takeout food….it was crowded so we went to the bar to wait for the food and having a drink. The older bartender was working on orders but asked us what we wanted. My husband told him it was my birthday. The older bartender proceeded to finish the order. After he left to go deliver them he never came back. We waited 10 minutes then asked a waiter where the bartender went, he told us he was in the back but that was a lie. He was in a side room then he came out and my husband had to flag him down. He asked my husband what did he need then he pointed to me and said I wanted a margarita. The older bartender then said okay but it took him another 5 minutes to make it. Being the only African American people in the establishment it left a bad taste in my mouth. His poor customer service made us wish we took our business to another establishment. The food was decent. I ordered nachos but they were dry (not much queso on them) and my husband orders steak taco but they didn’t give him any sauce. Overall the meal was okay but that older bartender made the experience one I wished to forget. The man in the front was friendly and acted welcoming to us but that bar experience was one I’ll never forget.
