We were received with a courtesy and attention to detail that is rare these days. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, creating a truly soothing and exclusive atmosphere. A big thank you to the entire front-of-house team.

Excellent, friendly place where we felt incredibly comfortable. The owner is lovely, as are all the staff. Keep up the great work!

At Crusoé in Dijon, Thursday was an evening not to be missed. Pure joy, good humor, and cascades of laughter. Writers Thierry Garcia and Daniel Rabier electrified the audience, offering a blend of humor reminiscent of Laurent Gerra, Thierry Le Luron, and Bigard. Everything was said, everything was heard, and we savored every moment. Lionel and Eliane, the owners and friends of Crusoé, please do it again very soon! Christel and Lionel

These comments apply to Christmas lunch, but the quality of the service, the cuisine, and the overall experience is consistent throughout the year. A superb restaurant where you are greeted with warmth and attentiveness. You immediately feel at ease. The tables are pleasantly spaced, offering real comfort. The decor, understated yet contemporary, creates a refined atmosphere. The menu offers original choices; the dishes are delicate, flavorful, and generous. The cuisine is exquisite, worthy of a fine dining establishment. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality and standard of the food. A must-try.
