This area is great for meat, particularly the beef. If you have never tried it before, go for the house speciality of a "pierrade". This is where you get a hot stone brought to the table and your meat uncooked and thinly sliced. You can choose from a large variety of meat types, cuts or mixed combinations. passing through the area we were looking for a place to eat a good piece of meat. the place is sinister and bad or not ventilated (see the speciality of the place it would be the minimum.) correct meat without more but patate too cooked. the summum is the bearnese sauce that you are brought and that turns out to be tartar sauce.
