If I could put a 0 star review I would ... As we're waiting for our realtor in digby, I stopped into use the bathroom at this subway. Was told no in the most rudest manner! The older lady working should not be working with the public.. and the staff is horrendous with the public...... not to mention I've noticed that since putting this review, there is nothing but bad reviews for this location. Warning do not support this location they make the franchise look horrible. As I've been a general manager of a franchise myself I will be making a detailed complaint to the head office.
Very rude staff. Came in off a road trip 10 minute's off the highway for food and a bathroom break. Was refused the bathroom until I paid for my food, and the women were very rude about it. Terrible customer service by the old lady working there. Supposed to close at 7, got there at 6:15 and she says we can't sit in the shop as they are closing. Didn't even allow us to use the washroom. Prepared the subs while grunting constantly and making angry expressions. Would give less than 1 star if possible. The other reviews are right, avoid this place Food: 3
