Thankfully the lady working the drive thru was bilingual and could answer our questions.

I have never experienced such long wait times in a drive-thru before. It wasn't even during a busy mealtime rush. Additionally, I have encountered difficulties... read more I have never experienced such long wait times in a drive-thru before. It wasn't even during a busy mealtime rush. Additionally, I have encountered difficulties with the employees only speaking French. I hope that the service improves, as this Tim Hortons location is the closest to my house and on my regular route when leaving home.
