R... read more La cale restaurant is located between Dieppe's two bridges on the port. It is a bit remote from the main tourist spot and you have to walk a bit but it is ok. Restaurant is an old cafe that has been renovated with taste.I arrived at 12 am and by 12:30, restaurant was packed with locals...They have choice between menu or a la carte and I had an excellent beef burger and meringue cake. Food is served in quantity here.Dressing is well done.Definitely Recommended if you are in Dieppe.One thing, do not expect sea food (crab,oysters etc...) but rather fresh fish.

It was a beautiful evening so we were able to eat on the terrace next to the water.The local charcuterie to start and fresh fish were fantastic. The super efficient service by the waiter who managed to serve the entire terrace was incredibly impressive.
