We stumbled on les petits fourneaux completely randomly and enjoyed as tasty a vegetarian lunch as we had ever in france. the “Plat du Jour” combined delicious aromen on a truly imaginative wise, the “Creme Chocolat” (with wonderful ingwereiscreme) was beautiful and. the service smiled. we loved it.
A must have visited, their raviole is excellent and they serve a good selection of wein. the service is very friendly and the atmosphere is good despite improvised furniture. beautiful shady garden, comfortable when it is hot.
Very nice restaurant with an inside patio. We went with a family of and found a very nice atmosphere and kind staff. Because we came short before the daily menu had sold out, but there was enough choice from the card. Great ravioles...in all different tastes and a wealthy goat cheese salad. Don't forget to try the desserts!
The food here is divine! Highly recommend the mixed plate (assiette) which included savoury dahl, aubergine stuffed with puréed mushrooms, beautifully prepared courgettes, a fantastic beetroot purée, and more. Incredibly tasty! The service was impeccable, and sitting outdoors under an umbrella' of grape vine leaves...and clusters of grapes was magic. Couldn't have been better!
(An English-language review here can't do any harm.. After a change of management, the Tchai Walla continues in its tradition of basic local food, not a large choice, but several varieties on your plate if you take the menu. Delicious home-made deserts, not expensive when...included in the menu price. Very pleasant shady terrace, congenial atmosphere in and out. Highly recommended.
