BEWARE THIS BUSINESS! On January 17, 2022, I ordered and paid for a pizza on line. When I arrived around 5:00 pm there was no one there. There were many businesses closed early due to snow but my order and payment was accepted. Icalled the following day after the charge appeared on my credit card and was told they tried to call but couldn?t reach me. Iuse call block when driving. The offer to correct this was to come pick it up today. This level of customer service isindicative of incompetent management.

Unfortunately, we... read more We recently experienced an issue with our order at Papa Murphy’s. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza but were sent something entirely different. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the pizza and ended up wasting most of it, which felt like a significant loss. However, after submitting feedback through a survey following our purchase, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a full refund. This demonstrated excellent customer service, and I will certainly be returning to Papa Murphy’s in the future.
