O'charley's - Dickson

My husband and I stayed here to eat all day after driving. Hands down... the best customer service we've ever had. Our server was EXCELLENT and the food!! In fact, we had written her name, so we wouldn't forget. Kristina Bogen, keep the big work!! You were fabulous!!

Our waitress was Christina B in the Bar area. The best Customer service we've ever had. Preface that with we have lived in Dickson for 26 years. Tonight, the service was impeccable, and the Food was Top notch. I had Blackened Atlantic Salmon and the Wife had Honey Drizzled Chicken. Everything was cooked perfectly.

Had a wonderful meal today. Kristina B. was our server. She was very polite and kept our glasses full. Asked if we needed anything periodically and was fast about getting any condiments we needed. Definitely appreciate her and the wonderful food from O’Charley’s in Dickson.

My server and bartender Kristina B. is always nice and friendly… she has great answers to any questions. Very helpful and fast with the service.1-10, I would rate her at 11, because she goes up and beyond, not for just me but all of the customers around her work station. She is a very hard worker and we need that in the world we live in today.

Love this establishment! Ordered to go and had one of the meals missing. Don’t fret! We were able to call and inform them of our discrepancy. Riley was amazing taking care of us and went above and beyond to handle us with 5-star service!! Will definitely recommend and come. Thank you O’Charley’s for a 5-star Riley!!
