Mcdonald's - Dickson

Kiosk did not give me a receipt! Then lady running the store has a BAD attitude and mumbles something to the cashier. Not suree what her deal is but the Service here is non existent!

I waited, along with many other people. No one ever came to the register to take our order. The lady beside me said she was going to go to the drive through instead. I was thinking about doing the same, but the line snaked all the way around the building. Needless to say, we went elsewhere. We were there at 11:15 am.

Says they’re open 24/7 but I went to get food on my lunch break(nightshift) around 3:30am and they are closed

The drive through is beyond slow with rude employees and my orders are always wrong. When I ask if condiments are in the bag they state if I ordered them yes (in which they are not in the bag).

I stopped in on 2/9/2024 at 6:30 a.m. the female manager working at that time greeted me with the warmest smile, and the friendliest conversation. I mean the best customer service I've had in a long time!
