Contribute FeedbackThey never get my order right and it takes forever to get to order.
My last three drive-thru visits to the Dickson, TN Captain D's turned out to be disappointing. If I'm going to a drive-thru, that means I don't have time to go in, nor, should I have to check my meal before driving off. The biggest and most costly disappointment was getting to my office to see that my over $8.00 meal (which included extra cost items) was actually a $4.99 value meal.....really? Two very small pieces of fish and a few pieces of shrimp that I'm allergic to, broccoli (yuck) and soggy french fries! I didn't feel like getting back into my car and drive all the way back to Captain D's, so I ate the two little pieces of fish and the hushpuppies and pitched the rest. I thought about calling and letting the mistake be known, but we're living in a different day and time where the customer is not important anymore. As a customer, you just get blown off. Another time, I ordered a three piece battered fish dinner...what did I get? Broiled fish. I ordered my niece a kid's meal (to go). When getting it to her she was given tea instead of the coke that was ordered. Pretty ridiculous. And the person taking my order...less than friendly. She just handed me the bag and shut the sliding glass window....okay...thank you, too! Come on Dickson...bump it up a notch or two. Those of us who choose to come to your restaurant could have gone anywhere, but we chose there. If not for the customer's business, you wouldn't get a paycheck....so earn it!
