Great eating and appetizing. drinks were stopped and waitress was attentive, but not over camp. the appetizers are loaded fries and brezel knots with beer cheese and honey scald sauce.

I placed an online order at this restaurant and there was no option for a well-done preparation, so I called the location and requested that they cook it well. They assured me that they would take care of it. However, when we got home and opened the food, it was not cooked to my liking. My partner found the inside of his wing to be undercooked. I spoke to the manager, who explained that the wings were larger than usual and that it may have been the reason for the undercooking. I insisted that I could tell raw chicken from properly cooked chicken, and this looked like a potential case of salmonella. The manager was very understanding and took back our order, offering us a refund. This level of customer service is the only reason why I am giving them a higher rating.

The burgers were great, and the service was bad. No one set us, we stood ten minutes when the workers came by. we asked one to sit down. next we sat in ten to fifteen minutes when the server left us. we stopped one and asked her to take our order, she said she'll get the manager. finally, a server took our order. we were not welcome. I guess there's a good help that's important to find.

Requested a side of mac cheese to replace fries that already came with my sandwich. calculate other BWW locations and costs only a few extra dollars more. I was asked the full price of $4.99 politely server about this and barkeeper / manager came by to inform me not “charged.” $2 didn't want to break my bank, but it would have been nice to alert from this before the submission of the order. otherwise the service was great. eating was hot and fast.

I was disappointed once again with my experience at this restaurant. Our server was decent, but 3 out of the 7 meals we ordered were served cold. The beer was good, but one of the sodas we ordered came with trash in the cup, as shown in the attached photo. This was the third time in a row that I have been disappointed here, and each time seems to be worse than the last. I will not be returning.
