Allez! - Diamond Springs

The mood reminded me of Europe. As you can see from the photos I published, the sausage was exceptionally well prepared and brought me back to Germany for a while. The staff was very nice, eating a bit on the expensive side, serving only the right size, and overall a good experience. I'm not your parents, it's just my decision.

Delicious meal and well worth going off the beaten path. We had the escargot, beef bourguignon, and seafood crepes, all amazing! Dessert was amazing. We are farm to table, high quality, simple ingredients, gourmet eaters. Staff was kind and attentive. Most highly recommended!

My favorite restaurant in El Dorado County! Authentic French cuisine, perfectly designed, served in a cozy French-casual atmosphere. Not as many vegetarian options as I want, but the options they have to die, especially their wild mushroom pasta! The best thing I had was everywhere. During the pandemic they continue to get out.

The food was so good! I had the special Halibut with a garlic butter sauce. Fish was perfectly cooked, and the sauce was wonderful. Husband got the pork pliers, also very tasty. The service was a little slow at night, so our server compiled our dessert. He also kept the bread while we waited. We definitely come back!
