The beef was kind of rubbery, they beed to change the provider for sure ! Scallops were great .. so I highly recommend the chef to try the food before serving .

This is a Japanese restaurant the people working here doesn't speak Japanese nor is knowledgeable about the menu. When they gave us the ice cream they gave us a spoon for soup? It was difficult for my child to even get any ice cream because the spoon was too big. Expensive restaurant but not clean. Japanese are known for their cleanliness. They need to hire people who is polite and act like they really wana work here, because they dont look happy with their job.

During my brief stay in town for an overnig... read more In general, my experience at Encore Teppan was pleasant, especially considering the limitations imposed by COVID-19. During my brief stay in town for an overnight layover, I had the opportunity to spend time with my sister and her family, and we decided to dine at Encore Teppan since it was one of the few options available. The food was overall good, and the drinks were even better. Despite the scorching 115-degree weather, we were fortunate to secure a shaded outdoor seating area. The service was exceptional as our servers were attentive and ensured our drinks were promptly refilled, which was much appreciated given the heat wave. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will make a point to visit again the next time I am in town.
