However... read more I agree with the sentiment that the experience can vary depending on the time you visit. The first time I went around lunchtime, everything was perfect. However, when Patsy is the cashier, you always seem to end up paying more. The next time I went in the afternoon, between 3:30 and 4 PM, the chicken was rubbery and greasy, which indicated it wasn’t fresh, contrary to what little Patsy claims about serving fresh chicken. Interesting, right? In my opinion, the best cashier is definitely Kimmy! Be sure to keep an eye on your bill when Patsy is on register. If you don’t see them bringing out fresh chicken, it might be wise to wait a few minutes unless you’re really hungry and don’t mind, as you’ll probably end up with reheated leftovers from lunch.
