Don Mare is an amazing hotel! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. The atmosphere is really nice, especially at night. I really enjoy my holidays here every summer and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to spend their vacation! Service: 5
This hotel has definitely GREAT POTENTIAL to be the BEST as the stuff , location and even restaurant service and food were exceptional ! Despite the above , management team has to improve and upgrade the OLD washrooms and they have to get done with the plaster and pain on the walls. Make sure if you book this hotel request a room in the upper floor 3rd floor as it has been renovated later than the 2 nd floor but THE PRICE IT’s still the same . The standard rooms -Do not bother staying! small and not a good view due to construction going on Please refer to the pictures below
The beach club is nice! Prices are fair and the employees are overall nice. However, some points that need to be worked on: there could be more effort put on trying to keep it clean, there were a lot of plastic straws, bottles, and cigarettes all around. it would be nice to have a shower available the service has to be worked on. while trying to order on the counter, I got a little attitude coming from the waitress as if i was annoying her, even if I stood up specifically to give her less workload. also, some really unprofessional behavior towards the barman. the food at the restaurant is pretty mediocre sadly, I've ordered pasta with tomato sauce, and it was insanely bland! The place has a lot of potential though, I hope they get better with some time
We came back to this place for dinner because we had good experience last year. Restaurant was empty, we ordered food, one of my friend’s order was wrong. Waitress insisted of apologizing and changing the order because it was a small thing started to argue. He was unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Quality of food was mediocre. I think the kitchen is different from last year. They need to improve their service and kitchen. Service: 1
We didnt stay here but did have breakfast as part of our package at Ebbi Hotel. Amazing service and amazing staff. Eno looked after us very well. We were a group of 6 females travelling together and we felt very safe and cared for. Lunch was amazing and we spent our evenings in the bar sipping cocktails and dancing round the fit pits. I can't comment on the hotel but i would highly recommend visiting the bar and restaurant. Service: 5
