We understand that the most of the people who visit the temple are not educated and most them would be from north Karnataka or Mandya side people who will have some trouble understand the tulu mixed kannada slang of the hotel owners, these customers some times ask same questions repeatedly, that shouldn't make the hosts angry and shout back at guests without even considering their age. I felt bad when this happened to an uncle in the hotel today. This is not just the problem with this hotel but the most of people here are not so humble and they will get pissed and get rude easily.
