Norway Cafe - Feedback

What Ashwin likes about Norway Cafe:
Perfect place for you incase you like Italian food. Staff is very attentive friendly. It’s exactly opposite norbulingka. You get a beautiful view from there. You get a perfect balcony view from there. I ordered Crunchy paneer wrap aaloo Tikku burger. It was delicious . Highly recommended if you’re around norbulingka and looking for a space to eat out. The chai was good but the coffe was so sweet that we couldn't drink it. The pizza was okay. The staff was friendly but a bit inattentive. I wanted to order momos and he said he will check if they had any. After 10 min I asked again and they didn't. I wanted to order something else but he just went away.
