While I waited for my lunch, the staff asked me two or three times if I was sure I didn’t want to talk to the GM, making me feel as though I was in the wrong for not wanting to escalate the situation. To make matters worse, there were seven people in line but only one register open. The cashier was preoccupied with a promotional item for about five minutes, while the customers continued to wait. What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I waited 27 minutes before anyone even took my order, and then it took another 30 minutes for my food to arrive. The staff was incredibly rude, and they wouldn't even make eye contact. I absolutely love Popeyes, but this location was just awful. I recommend going somewhere else. View all feedback.
The friends mac and cheese were burned and ugly looking. was not appetizing at all. looks like left remnants from the last week, not our ideal for a good side for almost 60 dollars worth eating. the other man was good for the greatest part, but the hard cheese was not.
Couldn't wait in the long line. So tired and hungry. TA has my back. Went the next day. Well worth it. The staff tries there best making this tasty food. Great employees. Good food. Really busy.
I am probably the last person to not taste Popeyes famous chicken sandwich. So I went to this restaurant and it took me 30 minutes to get one chicken sandwich. This is not a reflection on Popeyes as a corporation but this particular store. I came at 11 a.m. and waited in the drive through but no one answered. I waited 10 minutes, knocking on the window and there was no sign telling I and the other cars the drive through was closed. Popeye employees saw me but wouldn't come to the window, so I went inside. It took 20 minutes and there was only one person in front of me, so I thought it be fast. Boy was I wrong. I saw employees standing around and talking doing nothing. I do think the chicken sandwich was very good and would recommend it to anyone but don't go to the Popeyes on Baker Rd in Dexter Michigan, that place don't have good employees.
We so enjoyed Popeyes. I tried ? to make a point to remember their front mans name. Sadly I can not but he is worth the trip. We were able to dine in for the first time in well you know. We would normally go and park nearby and picnic on the tail gate. Good times.
The worst service on the planet. They need to train these employees on customer service. Waited 15 minutes to place an order and 30 minutes to receive my food.
