Culver's - DeWitt Charter Township

I waited 30 minutes for my order only to find out that they gave it to the wrong person and had to re-make it. The best they could to to make it right was reimburse me. I did not get any food and it caused me to be very late for a meeting.

So glad we now have a Culver's in DeWitt. The fresh cooked food is great, one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had. The staff is very friendly and service inside is excellent. However the frozen custard is a huge disappointment. Went through thedrive-thru this evening and ordered a double Peach Crisp in a waffle cone. Frozen custard didn't even come up to the top of thecone and contained only a few peach pieces and a few crumbs of the granola. Nothing like the description or the picture. Willbe back for the food but not the frozen custard.

I ordered takeout through the drive-thru and was impressed by the speedy service; my order was accurate from start to finish. The burger was fresh and delicious, and I would highly recommend it. We also picked up soup for later, and it was fantastic, even reheated—perfect for a chilly day!

The service is fantastic, and the restaurant is spotless. The food is always prepared fresh after you place your order, never sitting around. The burgers can be inconsistent; they’re sometimes excellent and other times just average. However, the cheese curds are consistently outstanding. The drive-thru can get quite busy, with long lines that move fairly quickly.

I was really disappointed with the service quality during my recent visit. I ordered a large malt, a medium milkshake, and a small fry. When I reached the drive-thru window, my milkshake and malt were ready, but then I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my fries. I actually finished my entire milkshake while sitting there waiting. On top of that, the milkshakes were way too thick; it was nearly impossible to drink through the straw, which was another letdown. I've always had good experiences at the Lansing locations, so it was really disheartening to encounter such poor service at this new Culver's location.
