It is guaranteed that they will completely mess up your order. We have got subs with no meat before, salads with no meat before, sauces on the wrong subs, this place is absolute garbage. Mind you, this is EVERY time we order ahead…if you go in and order and walk them through making your order barney style then they seem to comprehend their jobs.There is no excuse for this service other than incompetence. The franchise owner needs to take charge of this establishment and demand their workers provide proper customer service.

However, the staff there informed me that they would not be participating in the promotion and would not be giving anything away.

T... read more As other reviewers have mentioned, it's best to avoid this subway location. The staff is unfriendly, and the restaurant itself is old and not well-maintained. The soda machine hasn't been fully operational for over six months. The owner seems completely absent, and it feels like he tries to cut corners at every turn. Overall, this place resembles a slumlord-run establishment, and unfortunately, it’s on a downward spiral.
