Even after the order is marked as being prepared, it takes much longer than expected. The staff often seem to ignore customers waiting for their orders and provide little communication about delays. A non busy time, and we wait in line for 30 min, no apologies , I’ll vote with my feet, this is the fourth time of waiting so long, fast food people what’s so hard.

Two separate... read more Unfortunately kfc devonport gets worse and worse.. I do get door dash however the past 5 out of 7 orders have has missing items, over cooked chips. Two separate orders both put into one box. Sauces missing, burgers missing. I called the store and was told abruptly we are not associated with doordash I know this but doordash drivers don 't get behind the counter and pack and prepare food. Unfortunately, the food fell short, earning a rating of just 1 out of 5. However, the service was outstanding, receiving a perfect score of 5, while the atmosphere also captivated with another 5. If you decide to visit, I highly recommend trying the KFC Chicken Tenders.

We had lunch at 11 AM, just an hour after they opened at 10 AM, and foun... read more Unfortunately, this was one of the dirtiest fast food restaurants we have ever visited. We had lunch at 11 AM, just an hour after they opened at 10 AM, and found a large ball of hair under our table, along with mopped-up pieces scattered across the floor. There was dirt, trash, and food scraps all over the place. A key was also left in the automatic door. The shift manager attempted to explain that the mess was due to construction work outside, but this is simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding this place. It clearly needs a deep clean and a shift manager who prioritizes cleanliness. We were very disappointed!
