One order was missing chi... read more I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered three meals and waited 20 minutes, only to find that all three orders were incorrect. One order was missing chips, the second came with a box containing four nuggets and chips instead of the three hot and spicy pieces I requested, and I'm not even sure what the third meal was! Overall, it definitely wasn't worth the money I spent.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru only to receive incomplete items. They may be making a profit, but it was a disappointing experience. Food: 1/5, Service: 1/5, Atmosphere: 4/5.

Unfortunately, the food fell short, earning a rating of just 1 out of 5. However, the service was outstanding, receiving a perfect score of 5, while the atmosphere also captivated with another 5. If you decide to visit, I highly recommend trying the KFC Chicken Tenders.

We had lunch at 11 AM, just an hour after they opened at 10 AM, and found a large ball of hair under our table, along with mopped-up pieces scattered across the floor. There was dirt, trash, and food scraps all over the place. A key was also left in the automatic door. The shift manager attempted to explain that the mess was due to construction work outside, but this is simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding this place. It clearly needs a deep clean and a shift manager who prioritizes cleanliness. We were very disappointed!
