Called and said we are coming got there 5 min later they were closed. They always leave the veggies open over night. Run out of lettuce and peppers. Step it up!

The young gentleman that made my sandwiches came to the counter with dirty hands and never washed them just put on gloves, and then would hardly put any of the toppings on my sandwiches. I had to tell him to keep adding my toppings. Then he went to grab cutting knife and they where wet he did not dry them with a clean cloth just waved them in the air. Absolutely horrible very disappointed.

In my line of work; as a busy hairdresser, I often don'... read more My only complaint would be that too many people also live the meatballs sub and sometime's they are out. In my line of work; as a busy hairdresser, I often don't have time to eat and can almost never microwave food. With a 12 inch sub, I can tear off a chunk throughout a 12 hour day. To keep the bread dry, I ask for lettuce, cukes, tomato slices and dressing on the side. One sub will get me though a murder day at work.

Staff was standing in their li... read more Stopped in this morning to buy something for lunch at 10:00am. Staff was to occupied talking among themselves to serve customers. Staff was standing in their little cubby desk to the left, could see me standing at the order locations and even looked at me. After about 5 minutes decided they did not want my business, paid my bottle water at the MAC's till and mentioned to the guy at the till and he said this is a common problem at this subway.
