The takeout cashier, who seemed to be the... read more I ordered takeout from the Devon BP location around noon today for the first time, and it will definitely be my last. The takeout cashier, who seemed to be the manager, didn't acknowledge me at all. She didn't thank me or say a word when she handed me my bag of food, nor did she ask if I needed any utensils or napkins to eat my meal. Her rudeness and unfriendly demeanor were unwarranted, making me question whether the food had been handled properly or if it had even been tampered with. Although it was a busy lunch hour and she might have been having a tough day, that doesn't justify taking it out on customers. I felt like I was being a nuisance for ordering overpriced takeout, so if that's how they treat takeout customers, I won't be returning.

Unfortunately, it was take-out, or else I would have sent it back right away. It was honestly terrible – the worst I've ever had. The bun was so hard and spongy that I had to literally tear it apart just to take a bite. The beef was extremely tough and mostly gristle, making it impossible to bite or chew. There was barely any meat on the sandwich, and the little that there was, was inedible. To make the sandwich look more substantial, they added two gigantic onion rings, leaving me with no choice but to eat those and a few pepper slices they included. The side order came with about 14 limp, greasy, and undercooked fries. I genuinely don’t understand how Boston Pizza stays in business serving food like this. It felt like a total waste of money; I ended up tossing it in the garbage and had nothing for dinner except for the two onion rings.

Everybody gives credit to the servers and the cooks, what about the hosts? They have a job too. They try and give you seating that you like and inform you of the specials, as well as they clean up after you!!!! Some people will come in and make a huge mess and hide napkins behind the drinks book and will put gross dirty stuff in the cup and just not even be considerate of what they are doing. It's disgusting.
