server was attentive and personable branzino was fantastic, calamari also very good. no bier available (all fittings incapacitated and no bottles as alternative) was quite incredible wein through the glass very limited. a cozy sitting area quite quiet for a Wednesday, before thanksgiving evening, save for the background music. Food quality and menu selection is to praise ambiente is nice re: table layout, music, etc. service a bit slow and disjointed (the first drink was a challenge)

Barely anyone was in the restaurant too. the smoked Turkish sandwich was good; the meatballs were not and had to be sent back to not be hot. it was disappointing because we always got the fabulous meatballs in amis on the 13th st. the place is very pretty and we will try again.
Food is excellent especially the roasted Brussel sprouts
Great staff last night from the hostess to the bartender and waitress. I believe the bartender was named Savannah. She had a very warm and welcoming demeanor. I believe our waitress was Jackie and she was terrific. Our friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Best service team so far at Amis.
