Dans le petit village d'Agnières on peut trouver ce restaurant proposant des viandes cuites au grill ! Il y a plusieurs choix de poissons, ce qui est appréciable car plutôt rare dans la région. Les viandes sont cuites à la cheminée au feu de bois et les les accompagnements sont très bons.Au niveau des portions, elles sont parfaites, on profite de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert. C'est un "restaurant ou un bistrot de pays", l'accueil est simple, la nourriture est bonne, surtout l'agneau de pays du Dévoluy qui a une saveur incomparable. Les viandes sont grillées dans la grande cheminée, selon la cuisson demandée. Cette cheminée donne une note chaleureuse à cette grande salle à manger. Having come to Devoluy for several years, this restaurant is for me the best (value for money). They cook local products, it’s good (their gratin dauphinois is to die for) and the prices are reasonable considering the quality. Great welcome with a very nice team. Dog friendly And there is something for everyone (country meats and vegetarian dishes). In summary: l’Étincelle is worth the detour! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
