The food... read more Our group of six visited for lunch, and the experience was disappointing. I ordered a Coke and a water, but it took 20 minutes for the water to arrive. The food was served one plate at a time, and by the time the last dish came out, the first person's meal was already cold. Two of us had to ask multiple times for the sour cream and guacamole that were supposed to be included. To make matters worse, I discovered a fly in my Coke after I'd already consumed about three-quarters of it. When I went to pay, I showed the cashier, Diana, the bottle with the fly in it. She simply took the bottle and said, "Oh," before ringing up my total, without offering any apology or explanation. Overall, we were left unimpressed with both the mediocre food and the terrible customer service. We won't be coming back.

The beef fajita meat was tough and hard to chew. My straightforward order of nachos arrived without the sour cream and guacamole that were advertised on the menu; I had to ask for them. Additionally, the nachos were overly cheesy. To make matters worse, there were flies buzzing around our food. I cannot recommend this café to anyone. I suggest going to McDonald's down the street instead. Thanks, but no thanks. I typically take photos to accompany my reviews, but honestly, the food wasn't visually appealing at all. It definitely does not deserve the single star... that's the truth!
