Currently, my order is 20 minutes late and hasn't even been started. It seems that walk-in customers are being prioritized over pickup orders, despite the fact that I have been waiting here for my order and gave 2 hours notice. The app shows that my order was marked as "Ready" at the estimated time, which is not accurate. Overall, the service for takeout meals during dinner time has been disappointing.

My experience was so bad. First, I’m in devils lake every Monday evening and would like to get a sandwich but only the drive through is open. It’s supposed to be open until 10 but I have to go through the drive through because they close early. Second, I just went in this afternoon and ordered a sandwich. He cut the bread SO unevenly. Then, they were so ridiculously skimpy on the veggies. I had to ask for extra on everything and it still wasn’t enough. Then, she wrapped it up and set it on the counter and told me this other person would help check me out. I waited and waited and waited and it took FOREVER!!! There were 2 other people in line behind me just waiting to checkout as well. Finally she checked me out. My sister was with me and had ordered a salad, she waited with me then the lady handed her salad to us with a knife and SPOON and said “we’re out of forks” NO FORKS!!! How is she supposed to eat a salad with a spoon?!?!?!

For example, I ordered a footling turkey breast, toasted with provolone cheese with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, red onion sweet onion sauce on the side. I got a 6 “ with sliced Turkey maybe 1 Oz) and lettuce. That’s it. I happen to be the bus driver so I couldn’t eat mine right away ad I had to drive the team home. As we were driving I heard everyone was missing items and all the sandwiches were wrong. It was too late to go back and say something. They got our money. It’s not difficult to make a sandwich order.
