I... read more I can’t comment on how their food tastes, but I can say that their customer service is terrible and they show no respect toward customers or delivery drivers. I went there to pick up an Uber Eats orders and was told to wait 20 minutes. I explained that I had parked my car on the road because there was no parking available, and meanwhile customers were messaging me asking for updates on their food. After waiting 20 minutes, I politely asked if the order was ready, and the staff member started yelling at me. Throughout this time, he was staring aggressively at customers and delivery drivers, questioning why they were there. Honestly, it felt chaotic and uncomfortable, like being in a jungle. The point is, if you can’t handle dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders at the same time, you shouldn’t partner with delivery companies. Lastly, the staff seriously need to learn basic manners and respect—they are grown men and should know how to treat people properly.
