I was also taken aback when the waiter inquired about our reason for dining and I mentioned my son's birthday, but no special gesture was made. Given the high cost of the meal, I would have expected a complimentary dessert for the birthday celebration. I left feeling disappointed.

The food was outstanding, though a significant increase in price from the last time we visited (of course covid and the restaurant industry had a difficult last two years . The ambiance was good although it was almost too quiet. Overall we plan to come back. We’ve been coming to Roast for 10 years now and everything is always well done. :

The food is delicious Filet Mignon is the best I’ve had in a long time. Extensive wine list with great options. Can’t wait to return!
