I attempted to place an order while on my moped around 3 PM, but I found it odd that the drive-thru was closed at that time. Despite this, I rated the experience 4 stars instead of 5. The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the service was great! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Kfc:
This KFC does not seem to use fresh oil for frying, and they are often out of various items. It’s the worst experience I’ve had at any KFC. The mashed potatoes and gravy are never hot, and the cookies are always very dry and lack butter. I've visited several KFC locations in different states, and I have never encountered the chaos I’ve seen at this one in Michigan. Unfortunately, it seems to be a recurring issue. View all feedback.
